Animal Victory Petitions (Affiliate)
The Animal Victory Disaster & Abuse Fund (AVDAF) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that collaborates with its affiliate, Animal Victory (AnimalVictory.org), a mission-driven for-profit advocacy platform that publishes petitions, raises public awareness, and drives action for animals. ✍️
AVDAF and Animal Victory share certain marketing, administrative, and operational resources to reduce costs and increase impact. This collaboration allows both organizations to operate efficiently while reaching more people, supporting more animals, and driving stronger advocacy outcomes.
Important Transparency Note:

Donations made to AVDAF support AVDAF’s nonprofit programs and mission (disaster relief, emergency aid, crisis support, etc.)

AVDAF may share overhead with its for-profit affiliate (such as shared staffing, marketing tools, or technical expenses), but

Donations to AVDAF do not fund for-profit revenue or profit-generating activity.

Donations to Animal Victory (for-profit) are NOT tax-deductible.

Donations to AVDAF (nonprofit) are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
