“Feral cats are TNR’d, meaning they are humanely trapped, neutered or spayed, and returned to the area they know and have learned to live in. People often feel helpless when they discover a cat living under their porch, in the woods, or in the abandoned house next door, with a litter of kittens. Those kittens grow up with no human interaction and are also feral. *Cats can become fertile at just 5 months old! The number of cats can rapidly increase without the intervention of responsible and caring people.*
