Our petitions are operated by Animal Victory, our mission-driven for-profit social impact affiliate. While the nonprofit focuses on disaster relief, emergency care, and direct aid, the for-profit platform drives advocacy, awareness, and petition-based action on behalf of animals.
Even though we operate with aligned missions, petition-related contributions are not tax-deductible because they support the work of our for-profit affiliate.
Contributions to Animal Victory’s petition campaigns are not tax-deductible. Donations support the essential costs of operating and promoting our advocacy work, including online petition hosting, email communications, outreach efforts, and advertising to increase public engagement and signatures. Funds may also be used for advocacy materials and general operating expenses necessary to sustain these campaigns.
In certain cases, a portion of funds may be allocated toward rewards, direct assistance, or donations connected to specific petitions. Any such support is evaluated and determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure it aligns with the goals of the campaign.

This structure allows supporters to choose how they want to participate — through petition-driven advocacy, tax-deductible nonprofit giving, or both — while ensuring transparency and compliance.
