Petition Publishing Program:

Animal Victory speaks up for animals who have been abused. This program is comprised of a small advocacy group that publishes petitions to get signatures from the public to use in a court of law to fight for the maximum punishment for convicted animal abusers or to fight for investigations for alleged animal abusers.
