By submitting this form, I agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Animal Victory Disaster & Abuse Fund (AVDAF), its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from or relate to:

• my participation in The Animal Court podcast;
• any statements or representations I make during the recording; and/or
• the use, editing, publication, distribution, or republication of the recording or related materials.

I expressly WAIVE any right to bring or participate in any lawsuit, arbitration, or other legal action against AVDAF arising from my participation in the podcast, including use of my name, likeness, voice, or statements, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I agree that any confidential or non-public information shared with me by AVDAF before, during, or after the recording—including but not limited to unpublished case details, internal processes, donor information, or sensitive communications—will be treated as confidential. I will not disclose, copy, share, or publish such confidential information without prior written authorization from AVDAF. This confidentiality obligation survives my appearance on the podcast and remains in effect permanently unless otherwise released in writing.
