Owner James Kinglake is convinced that Viognier has incredible potential in the Limoux region. The natural climatic influence of the Pyrenees to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the east provides a haven for grape varieties that thrive in cooler climates. The Viognier is grown at an altitude of approximately
