Serdi Selection Hrslevel was fermented in a spontaneous way and aged in Zempln oak barrels for more than a year. It has nice flavours, fresh acidity ensuring long ageing capacity. We picked this delicious white because it tastes an awful lot like a good White Burgundy for a fraction of the price.
