1888 Chromolithograph 16th 17th Century Furniture Design Dresser Cabinet LCH4 XGDB9 Eugène Pelletan (1813-1884)This is a rare original 1888 color chromolithograph which features two incredibly ornately carved and sculpted wooden cabinets from the 16th and 17th centuries in Europe. Such items of furniture were highly prized in France during the late 16th century, influenced by the Italian Renaissance and therefore covered with elaborate reliefs. The cabinet on the right is actually English, and stands approx. 1. 75m tall. It dates back to the later half of the
